Yesterday I went to a small gathering at Thornhill Bowls & Cricket Club to bid farewell to my friend of sixty eight years, Ian Farnhill.
We both started at Warwick Road reception class at the beginning of September 1958.
Till we meet again old mate. 😔

Hi all,
Would anyone like to try a change of venue for the next meet and go to Harry’s Bar in Wakefield?
They have a good selection of decent beers and a reasonable sized outdoor area.
Thoughts at the moment are for Saturday 24th of June.
