🍂 The October holidays start on Friday… and that can only mean one thing at Soft Steps! 🧡

Big brothers and sisters are welcome back! 🥰

We love seeing older siblings joining in, whether they're helping the little ones explore, getting stuck into the play themselves or showing us that you're never too old for a bit of fun! ❤️

And don't worry, our sessions will remain small and relaxed, with limited spaces as always. We won't be cramming extra families in just because the schools are off!

Spaces are limited, so book ahead to avoid missing out!

The amazement on their faces during these little Halloween experiments 🧪🎃✨

Watching them mix, pour, scoop and explore while trying to work out what’s going to happen next is so lovely. Messy play gives them so many chances to use their senses, build confidence, problem solve and learn about cause and effect without them even realising they’re learning.

And the little smiles when something fizzes, bubbles or changes are just the best 🧡

The 11am session tomorrow is already fully booked, but there's still time to join us for a little Tuesday play!

Our new Small World Play Station went down an absolute treat today! 🌳

The little ones were engaged for ages - exploring, using their imaginations and making up their own adventures independently and together! ✨

Small world play is brilliant for encouraging creativity, communication, imagination and social skills, and as one of the mums agreed today - it's lovely watching the wee ones different ideas come to life!

I picked up these bits on another visit to River Kids Children's Charity where, as many of you know, I have found lots of new things for our little ones to enjoy. It's great to support another local charity 💛
