We are recruiting for a new member of our Office Team. Following Val's retirement at Easter, we are looking for someone to fill her friendly shoes.

Ideally, we would like someone to work 5 mornings a week:
- Monday and Tuesday: 8:30am to 10:30am
- Wednesday to Friday: 8:30am to 12:00pm (noon)
- 14.5 hours per week

Twerton Nursery & Infant School Saturday 16th May 2026

Today was a double celebration. We marked the beginning of the Easter Holidays and we also said farewell to Val Goodwin a much loved colleauge who has worked at Twerton Nursery & Infant School for 30 years.

We were delighted that the Deputy Mayor Cllr Ian Halsall and Cllr Ruth Malloy (Mayor elect) visited the school to present Val will a Certificate of Service.

It was lovely to see several retired colleagues return to surprise Val too. We just about managed to keep it a secret!

We wish Val a very happy and healthy retirement and we wish a happy Easter to all the children, parents and carers.
