When I'm not teaching children, I make my own music! Part of my love and other bits and bobs.

In a few weeks I will be in London performing 'Beautiful Stranger', a collaboration with actor and playwright and my fellow band member and good friend

This project is an absolute joy to work towards. And I look forward to more shows in the future.....

Tickets only £15. Link in my bio.

Not a bad Monday morning!

Today I get to teach songwriting and singing lessons then run 'Little Larks', my after school club for EYFS and KS1. A joyous start to the week 🥰🌿

23/10/2025

This term I started a new After School Club for Reception and KS1 called 'Little Larks' - an immersive club that fosters communication, creativity and experimentation through interactive storytelling, role play and hands on learning.

This term the children retold the lovely story 'Birds' by Kevin Henkes through craft, dance and song. The children decided what their bird would look and move like, created their own costumes and shadow puppets to help retell the story.

Their performance was beautiful and showcased the children's songwriting, movement, craft and joy.

This video shows some behind the scenes along the way and their puppets.

Sometimes I pinch myself that this is my job, what a pleasure to create alongside creative and curious children!
