BSU MA Creative Writing alumna Wendy Kenyon is set to publish her brand new book, Caitlin's Not Sorry, on 28 August through Troubador Publishing ππ
Wendy's new book tackles loss of identity and the realities of modern family life. The story explores the lives of three middle-aged women as they face the challenges of infidelity and sibling rivalry.
Wendy notes that she 'started this novel in the throes of menopausal fury'. Though it is not autobiographical in any way, Wendy feels a great sense of empathy towards her protagonist.

BSU Creative Arts Practice graduate and EMERGE resident David Janes has had his art piece selected to be part of Trunks Across the Thames π
Trunks Across the Thames is an art trail organised by Thames Hospice, aiming to create a free, interactive experience across Windsor, Eton, and Slough. Featured artists are each given a blank elephant sculpture to design individually.
With over 300 proposals, David's piece was selected along with 34 other large elephants.
Over the past few months, David has been working on his elephant from the Fabrication Yard at Locksbrook Campus.
Trunks Across the Thames will help raise funds for Thames Hospice, a cause that is also deeply personal to David π©΅
