So tell me why session 7 is such a doozy?😉

The bones of the skull are supposed to move; albeit not a lot. When something that is supposed to move does so incorrectly or gets misaligned, problems ensue. Each cranial bone has its own characteristic issues associated with misalignment/restriction. The sphenoid bone is no exception. Symptoms of sphenoid misalignment/restriction include:

- Headache and migraines
- Eye pain and other visual disturbances
- Hormone balance
- Insomnia
- Psychological disturbances/personality changes,
depression
- Symptoms of impaired brain function including memory
loss, dyslexia, lack of ability to concentrate, brain fog
- Sinus related issues
- Dental issues including teeth grinding and dental
malocclusion
- Asthma
- Upper gastric conditions and transverse colon problems
- Problems of the trigeminal nerve (including Bell’s Palsy
and Trigeminal Neuralgia)
- Neck or lower back problems
- Scoliosis

Great share from our adaptable polarity cousins. Huge relevance to the mystery of session 7.
Fantastic sketches and also a mention for Weston price. If you haven’t heard of him and his observations on overbite development and it’s relationship to in-utero nutrition and ancestral diet then it’s defo worth a search (pricepottengsrfoundation)

The Hard Palate

The abutment of the Maxilla and Palatine bones come together at the top of your mouth forming the hard palate.

The way that these bones join together is called a "Harmonic" suture where the two bones meet as flush plates in harmony (vs other serrated and interdigitating connections)

This palate "should" be wide and smooth like a simple arch from architecture. Many palates are not this way and indicative of many things, but mostly to me, I think of the work of Weston Price... diet and nutrition.

Is your palate high and narrow?

Is there a bump? Or a ridge? Even and symmetrical?
