To our teachers, whether you’ve been with us for a short time or have been part of the LU journey for many years, thank you for everything you bring to the classroom. Your energy, patience and passion make such a difference to our students.

A little throwback to last week’s Pink Party! 💗

This autumn, Languages United turns 20, and what a lovely way to begin the celebrations. We brought together students from Italy, Turkey and Germany, our wonderful staff and some brilliant local musicians for an evening full of music, dancing and laughter.

We also raised money for Breast Cancer Now. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated and helped make the evening so special.

We are delighted to welcome a brilliant group of international adults for a very special two-city English experience: one wonderful week with us in beautiful Bath, followed by a second week with our partner school in Edinburgh.

Two iconic cities, two different cultures and accents, and countless opportunities to learn, explore and make new friendships along the way. What a treat!

♻️ Plastic Fantastic! 👗🌍

Our students created an amazing Sustainable Fashion Show, transforming items that might otherwise have been thrown away into imaginative and eye-catching fashion pieces.

Through creativity, teamwork and plenty of original thinking, they showed us that one person’s rubbish really can become another person’s catwalk treasure!

As an accredited Green Standard School, we love giving our students opportunities to explore sustainability through fun, creative projects—and to think about how we can all play our part in caring for our wonderful planet. 💚
