Summer Ease Retreat Day
13 June, 1â5pm | Well Bath
An afternoon to soften, slow down and step out of doing for a while.
Weâll move through grounding yoga and breathwork, followed by deep rest and Yoga Nidra. Simple, nourishing food, time to pause, and space to be held for a change.
If youâve been holding a lot lately (or always!), this is your exhale. Limited spaces and lots of bookings already in â¤ď¸
ÂŁ49 early bird
ÂŁ45 until 24 May
DM or email to book.
I didnât get round to taking many photos yesterday đ but honestly, the day itself said far more than any pictures could.
It was an afternoon centred around rest, softness and letting yourself be looked after for a change. A proper exhale. A chance to stop doing, stop managing, and put some of it down for a while.
For a few hours, it was a space where women who give a lot to everyone else could be held a little themselves.
You could feel the shift as the room settled. The whole afternoon had that deeply restful quality that goes beyond simply relaxing.
Everyone loved the food, the setting, the yoga and the Nidra. But more than anything, I think they loved how it felt to be there.
Thank you to the women who came. Iâm still sitting with how lovely it was.
Iâll be doing it all again on 14 June and 19 September. If this sounds like exactly what you need, youâd be very welcome.

Always so grateful when people take the time to share.

Monthly Womenâs Circle @ Well Bath.
Itâs not about fixing or advising â just being heard and being together. It is not about having the right words or fixing anything. The idea is that we create a safe space to share our own truth, and to meet each other with kindness.
There is no pressure to be articulate. Everyone is welcome to speak, or to come and listen. There are no expectations, and no advice unless invited. You donât have to bring anything polished to say.
Format: Tea, a short grounding practice, a structured sharing where each person speaks without interruption, followed by an optional open conversation

Same heart. Different headspace. We spoke about this in class this week. Itâs so easy to forget that capability and capacity arenât the same thing.
â¨Capability is who you are at your core. Loving, kind, steady, intentional. A great mum / partner / friend / professional. â¨
Capacity is what youâve got available today. And that is based on sleep, stress, hormones, mental load, available support.â¨
When capacity is stretched, it can look like snapping, zoning out, feeling teary, cancelling plans, or not being the version of you that you know you are. This isnât failure. This is a signal from your nervous system..â¨
Todayâs practice (on and off the mat) is trying to meet yourself with what you have today. Smaller choices. Fewer shoulds. More listening inside.â¨
Same heart. Different headspace. And thatâs allowed.
