A piece about the importance of our Mindset each day

Mindset Mindset is so important, and we often start to become aware of this as we grow older, and experience our share of setbacks and successes.

Yesterday I had a lovely chat with my friend Nia Day from Halestra Wellness ✨️

We were discussing our search for "meaning" in an overstimulated world...

Our chat will be out on Nia's youtube channel next week 😁

We jumped on our call and she swore within the first minute and I was like, oh good, you've answered one question already.

"Yes, you can swear. I've seen your posts, don't worry" 😂

Such a fun chat! can't wait to share it 😊

New Levels 01/06/2026

At every new level, we meet a new devil. You've likely heard that quote before!

This is a piece about personal growth, levelling up, and how our challenges get tougher while we grow stronger.

Inspired by everything we learned at Mental Fitness Live at the weekend, who is the next version of you?

Who is You 2.0?

New Levels “For each new level, there’s a new devil” that’s not my quote, but I love it.

A piece on communication, how can something so simple be so complicated?

I actually spent much of my childhood in a sleepy, Devon village in the middle of nowhere. I didn't really see anyone outside of 15 people at the small, village primary school I went to.

This was a challenge, particularly as a Neurodivergent person as I didn't develop socially until well into my twenties.

And so I've always looked at social communication from an observational, perhaps even analytical perspective. Because I've had to learn from scratch.

But I've discussed the whole topic of communication and included some tips to grow our communication skills.

Managing Our Emotions 02/05/2026

Neurodivergent people will often experience emotions very strongly. And this can make managing our feelings and emotions very difficult...

Some tips on getting by when we're having a bad day:

Managing Our Emotions I saw a wonderful video clip of Tennis legend Novak Djokovic discussing how the best tennis players (or sports players in general) are able to deal with their emotions quickly and move on, and refocus on the task ahead.

Being Neurodivergent: Grieving For Yourself 26/04/2026

This week's piece is about the journey we go on, particularly after a late diagnosis of autism or any neurodivergent condition.

Making sense of the years that didn't make any sense.

Being Neurodivergent: Grieving For Yourself There comes a time for a lot of Neurodivergent people, particularly those of us who were diagnosed a bit later.
