I'm Roanna and I am passionate about special educational needs. I have worked with children for over 25 years and been a qualified teacher for 18 years. I am currently a special educational need co-ordinator and I've been doing this for thirteen years. My brother had special educational needs and he is my inspiration for working as a teacher. I have two level 7 qualifications in specific learning difficulties with a focus on dyslexia and dyscalculia and I am APC and AMBDA qualified with the British Dyslexia Association to offer diagnostic dyslexia and dyscalculia assessments and tutoring. I passionately believe that all children are capable of great things and I really want to help them flourish through offering assessments, specialist tuition or educational consultancy for parents/carers and schools.

I haven’t posted for a while as I have been working hard gaining my level 7 qualification in dyscalculia from Edge Hill University to assess and tutor maths difficulties which I am now proud to say that I have passed. 💪
