⭐️KIDS ITALIAN COOKING⭐️
Wednesday 27th August
Celebrate Italy’s seasonal produce in our Kids’ Italian Cooking Class, where children ages 8-16 will learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, transforming it into lasagne sheets for a delicious vegetable lasagne with spinach and courgette, plus extra pasta for tagliatelle or spaghetti with a classic tomato and garlic sauce. They’ll also whip up a non alcoholic tiramisu, the perfect sweet finish to their Italian feast.

What an absolute scorcher! 🌞 Let's talk BBQ's... It's a hot day, cool white wine is flowing and you're sizzling some gorgeous beef burgers on the grill, but then the BBQ Buns tend to be a bit of a stodgy disappointment. That's where our Breads for BBQs class comes in. On the 28th June, under 's expert guidance, you can learn how to make and bake the perfect brioche burger and hotdog buns made from a sweet, soft, light dough. You will make some versatile pitta bread doughs to bake in a pizza oven or on a conventional griddle including wholemeal. You will also make a corn bread, delicious with Manchego cheese or grilled chicken and finally a confit garlic and tomato tear and share to really get the party going. Head to the link in our bio to book your place!
