Story time and Rhyme is tomorrow, Tuesday 3rd March at 2.35pm. Come along for some stories and songs with your little ones in our school library.

Over the weekend, remember to have a look at your children’s books and if you have any unwanted ones please drop them at the main office ready for our Book Swap next week. We would love every child to go home with a new book.

Year 2 are exploring the topic Island Adventures and have read the book Grandad’s Island. We were lucky to have a Grandad visit us to share their amazing adventures. We enjoyed listening to his stories and how he sailed across the ocean to visit an island too. We all enjoyed singing a song together about sailing across the seas.

This week Reception,Year 1 and 2 were lucky to have an author visit our school called Sarah Surgey. She has been to our school before and wanted to return to showcase her new book called ‘Greener Grass’. The children asked some thoughtful questions about being an author and her new book.

Year 6 are coming home!
