A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined me for last night's Gong Bath at the Wiltshire Music Centre.
It was lovely to welcome both familiar faces and those attending for the first time.
After having a couple of months away from the venue, I had been really looking forward to returning, and it was wonderful to share the evening with you all.
In a world that often feels busy, noisy and demanding, taking time to simply rest can be a powerful thing.
Thank you for giving yourselves that time and for trusting me to hold the space.
I left feeling grateful, refreshed and reminded why these evenings matter.
My final gong bath before the summer break is on the 17th July at 11am.

🌙 What if you gave yourself an hour to simply rest?
No emails.
No rushing.
No expectations.
Just space to lie back, breathe, and allow the sounds and vibrations of the gongs to carry you somewhere quieter.
Each Gong Bath is unique. The energy in the room, the sounds of the Symphonic, Earth, Heart and Wind gongs, and the experience each person brings all come together to create something that can never be repeated in exactly the same way again.
Many people leave feeling calmer, more grounded, deeply relaxed, and better able to navigate the demands of everyday life.
✨ No experience necessary
✨ Suitable for beginners
✨ Limited to just 15 participants
✨ A unique and peaceful setting
Upcoming sessions at the Wiltshire Music Centre:
🌙 Thursday 18 June | 8pm–9pm
☀️ Friday 17 July | 11am–12pm
If this feels like something you need, I'd love to welcome you.

What a lovely way to spend an afternoon..
My lovely friend Gemma .123 and I held space through movement and sound to restore and reconnect the body and mind.
We had such lovely feedback..
We'll be back in the autumn with our Yoga and Gong series. Perhaps see you there?

Peru reminded me how powerful shared experiences can be.
Walking through huge landscapes with other people, slowing down, moving every day, eating together, talking, laughing, reflecting… there’s something about stepping outside normal life that reconnects you to yourself a little more.
It also reminded me why I’m drawn to creating wellbeing experiences here at home too.
Whilst a yoga and gong session in Wiltshire is obviously very different to trekking in Peru, there’s a similar thread running through both for me — movement, rest, reflection, community and creating space away from the pace of everyday life.
Looking forward to next Sunday’s Yoga & Gongs session with Gemma at Wallington Hall.
A gentle afternoon of yoga, sound and deep relaxation.
We still have a few places left if you'd like to join us.

✨ One more before I head to Peru ✨
As some of you know, In a week I’ll be heading off to trek the Salkantay Trail to Machu Picchu… see my previous post..
But before I go, I’m holding one more evening Gong Bath at the Wiltshire Music Centre this Thursday at 8pm.
It's a gentle way to pause, soothe the nervous system and have a bit of space at the end of the day—especially before things get busy (for me… and maybe for you too).
You don’t need to do anything—just come along, get comfortable on your mat, and rest while the sound fills the room.
A few spaces are still available if you’d like to join us. Full details here: https://buytickets.at/katysmithcoaching

One week tomorrow im flying to peru to complete the salkantay trail to Machu Picchu.. this is a 4 day hike at altitude, arriving at dawn to this sacred site on the 5th day, which I've been training for since January.
In a way this will be a pilgrimage and something that has given me focus since my husband, Adrian died in November 2024.. it will be emotional i feel, challenging for sure but something I'm really looking forward to completing.
I'm raising much needed funds for Dorothy House Hospice, who with such kindness cared for Adrian in the last month of his life..
Thank you to those who have supported me, I appreciate it so much 🙏..
If you'd like to read my story and support this amazing charity.. you can find out more in my bio.
