Join The Active Way & Bright Beginnings Children’s Centre this New Year for our Wellbeing Buggy Walks – Winter Series

Join our gentle weekly walks designed to support the well-being of women, mothers, parents, and caregivers of babies and toddlers. These walks offer a chance to walk in nature, build community, and enjoy meaningful time with your little ones.

Who Can Join?

🚶‍♀ Mothers, and caregivers with children aged 0 months to 4 years

🚶‍♀ Little ones welcome in prams, buggies, carriers, or toddling.

When & Where?

🍂 Dates: Every Monday from 12 January to 9 February

🍂 Time: Meet at 09:30 am, walk begins at 09:45, and finishes by 11:00 am

🍂 Location: Radstock (meeting point shared on referral)

Singing songs with actions is a great way to build your child’s communication skills.

Join in with the actions! Adding actions when singing can make it fun and playful and helps your child to understand the meaning of words you’re singing. When they are really little, you can hold their hands and gently do the actions. This gets them ready to join in once they’re older.
