Another morning session at the Lab on Saturday. No drinking this time 😉. Next week I am going to encourage my students to make colourful flavoured pasta just like we do it at Pasta Uliana. On another note, I can’t wait to get someone to start shooting professional videos to showcase on Instagram. I feel like you are all missing out on the fun 🤩! I am going to try to be patient……… very unlike me 🤔

We so need someone to start working on media soon 🥳. These events are becoming larger by the day and my cosy Laboratory isn’t stretching anymore. I promise my pictures will be better this year. We are heading for some super fun times. Once again, thank you all for supporting me and making a dream come true! There is so much more work to do in 2022 and I have sooooo many surprises for you all 😉

Happy New Year to everyone! I hope you all enjoyed the festive days. We have been super busy over Christmas and we are looking forward to launch online pasta making classes soon. This picture is a great reminder of how fun the classes at the laboratory are.
And since we now have an alcohol licence, you can imagine how these evenings develop……. 🥳
How about you surprise the Hen with a pasta making party? This was an amazing evening at a wonderful house in Corsham with 14 ladies and a couple of gentlemen. A night to remember with lots of laughter, followed by a delicious meal cooked in great company. We are proud to say that our Hen parties are being booked for next year, as we speak. It looks like this will be a busy 2022 😊. Thank you all for the support through these challenging times. Hard work has finally paid off 😊

A very happy bride to be 😊. What an amazing Hen Party at a wonderful house in Corsham. We catered for these fun and slightly crazy ladies, and a few gentlemen, teaching them how to combine pasta making and fun 🥳. The wonderful pictures from made this whole event one to remember. A special thanks to Sam and Jazz for playing a the venue. Stay tuned for a video coming soon.

Yesterday we had one of the best and funniest classes at the Laboratory. These lot had some serious talent at making pasta. A huge thanks to .bath.foodie for making it a great afternoon and for making an effort with accurate maths 😂. See you all soon and keep up the good work.

This time we made sure Dom had a wonderful event for his Birthday. Sarah decided to surprise her other half with a birthday party at the Laboratory to learn how to make fresh pasta. We had some additional guests to make the experience more vibrant. What an evening seeing them master the three fingers folding method to create some tasty blue cheese and cacao tortelli 🤩.
