STREP A SYMPTOMS:
Current reports have confirmed that this nasty disease that has spiked recently and has taken the lives of 8 children so far .
Please please , look out for these symptoms on your little ones -
Headaches
Sore throat
Fever of 38 on wards
Fine , pink or blotchy rash that feels like sand paper
These are the most common symptoms . As soon as you notice these within your child/children either call 111 or take them to a&e because it can go from 0 to 100 really quick however if caught in time is treatable with antibiotics .
As a mother this is honestly my biggest fear .
Please be safe and let’s protect our babies from this nasty infection that is now sadly killing 💔

Today’s adventure took us on an autumn walk to the supermarket via the park
Lots of fun was had at the park and even more fun was had on the way home collecting different colored leaves

Part two of our little adventure saw us burning off our ice creams 😂
We went to visit the castle (cathedral but you try talking a toddler out of the difference 🙈), we knocked on the door to see who was home and shockingly no one answered 🤣
On the way back to the train station we found lots of different posts which made for great talking points
One sleeping toddler now back and he’s planning our next trip
Great day out.
Thank you to the rail staff at Basingstoke and Wi******er stations who made a real fuss over Lenny on his day out

So today Lenny and I took advantage of marathon training and decided that getting the train to have ice cream for breakfast was the only thing to do on a Monday morning
Happy Monday folks
Hope you are having as much fun as we are

International Fitness day started with lots of dancing and singing, then it ended in sleeping 💤
The children love keeping active and can often be found dancing and copying my silly exercises
Fitness is good for so many reasons and the children seem to agree

The children have made keepsakes to mark the passing of Queen Elizabeth II
Although they will grown up under the reign of King Charles III, it still seems fitting that they should mark this part in history.
Queen Elizabeth II was a truly inspirational lady who held her title for 70 years and done this with style, grace and great leadership.
Let’s not forget that she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother too
She was the true face of female empowerment and girl power 👑
