Last Saturday, Basingstoke hosted an Aiuchi Jiu Jitsu course and grading. Thanks to all those who attended, demonstrating skill and technique, as well as a passion to learn. A great group effort. Well done to those who graded. Well deserved. We look forward to the next Aiuchi event, and hosting again in the future.

Excellent course ran last Sunday in Cardiff. Great to train with other clubs from the aiuchi association, catching up with old friends and making new ones (by throwing them through the air) ;)
Well done to all those that attended and endured the 5hrs of training!!

Looking forward to the next event!!

Pics from last session. Working on Kuki Nage throw with belts as simulated chain.
Also focused on arm locks and pad work. Busy session but worked on some good techniques.

Looking forward to getting back on the mat next Monday.

It was great to see everyone back on the mat last night for the first training session of 2024, welcoming back some familiar faces and meeting new ones. As well as handing out some well-deserved brown belts after their successful grading in December. Great start to the year!
