Good morning everyone, just a quick recap of our sales process; how we work and how to register your interest in our horses 🐴
Our horses go through a thorough assessment process with us and receive ongoing training with a varied workload - we usually keep our horses for several months to ensure we know as well as possible what we are selling. Our horses are only advertised when they are physically and mentally 'ready' to move on to their new home.
We pride ourselves on our success rate of successful rehoming and I like to believe thats due to the time we invest into getting to know each and every horse on a far more personal level than the average ‘dealer’ - buying through us you will receive the personal experience and assurances associated with a ‘private sale’ with the legal protection of buying commercially.
All of our horses are subject to the consumer rights act 2015 to ensure they are; fit for purpose, as described, and of satisfactory quality. We take our legal obligations seriously - our reputation in the industry for honest and transparent sales is testament to that.
We dont have the biggest turnover, and our horses aren’t the most ‘valuable’ on the market - but our success rate in sales is one of the best 🤩 What started as a hobby business for us is now a thriving business but it’s not a numbers game for us - we simply strive to ‘get it right’, one sale at a time with horses welfare and happiness always a priority.
Which leads me nicely onto ‘the application process’…
As and when each of our horses are ‘ready for sale’ their basic info will be PINNED 📌 to the top of our page and I will publish an application form specifically for that horse, this allows each and every person interested a fair chance to let us know everything they want us to consider about their home, and we can assess each and every application fairly with our full consideration.
(A phone call is great and a private message is convenient but information is hard to retain and easily forgotten when we are multitasking, and messages are easily ‘lost’ in the pile. we receive hundreds of messages a week and its impossible to engage with each and every one and also remember who’s who and what their enquiry consists of)
Our horses are worth more than a quick sale and we strive to find them the best most suitable home and so ‘first come first served’ just isnt how we roll… Our application system is fairer than that and is working wonders for us and our horses - so thank you all for taking the time to submit 🙌
Once you’ve applied;
If your application is suitable ✅ I will contact you via SMS to arrange a telephone consultation and a viewing!
If your application is unsuitable ❌ I do apologise if you have not heard back from me.
I dont have time to contact everybody but If you have applied for a horse with no response and would like some feedback - please message and i can discuss with you why your application wasnt deemed suitable (it is sometimes that budget isnt quite enough- so if youd like to confirm price before you apply please message us or comment on the ad and we will give you 🥕)
We do currently have HUGO still available for sale 🤎
14.3hh 14yrs gelding
Low level allrounder
Hacks alone / in company
Good in traffic , schools well, pops a jump
Safe, sensible type but not a ‘novice’ ride (just because he requires a rider and not a passenger)
Hes a good egg for the average rider thats not a wet blanket like me - who wants to dabble in a little bit of everything 🥚
