Good luck to all those taking their Maths GCSE exam today but especially my students. Remember: breathe, read the question at least twice and check your working carefully! Now is your time to put all that hard work into practise! You’ve got this! ☺️

My year 10 student handed me his recent maths assessment paper to look at tonight. He scored the best mark in his class! I’m so incredibly proud of him. His hard work is really paying off ☺️

Welcome to the Summer Term! My favourite term of the year ☺️ I love looking back over work with the children and seeing how much progress they have made since the start of the academic year!

It’s an especially important term for my two year 11s, who are sitting their Maths GCSE and Level 2 Functional Skills exams, as well as my four year 6s, who are sitting their SATs, finally getting to put all of their hard work into practise.

My waiting list continues to grow for afterschool children and students, so please do get in touch sooner rather than later if you wish for your child to be added to my list. I do however, still have spaces during the day for homeschoolers and alternative provision.

Who said fractions are boring?! My group tutoring students proving that they can create incredible images using their knowledge of fractions!

A BIG thank you also goes out to the children at St.Mark’s. When I think I’m ‘just supply’, but the children, parents and teachers go above and beyond with kind words, cards and gifts. Feeling very loved. I get to teach in an incredible school and community ❤️

Is your child in year 4 or 5 and in need of a little extra support in Maths and English? If so, there is one available place in my group tutoring session on Thursdays from 4.30pm-5.30pm at St.Mark’s Primary School starting in January! £25 for each session.
