Theatretrain Basingstoke

I could not be more excited to share this incredible news. One of our Theatretrain Alumni - Thomas - who attended both our Main School and Advanced Drama classes, has won the Young Persons Playwright Award at the incredibly prestigious Royal Court Theatre.

The Royal Court is renowned for its new writing and is the pioneer when it comes to new work. Thomas’ play ‘Bus Stop of Strangers’ has now been published and was professionally staged at the theatre.

This is such an outstanding achievement and we couldn’t be more proud.

Our incredible older students can’t wait to perform for you tomorrow! 🤩 and as their Principal I can’t wait for them to show off their talent 🙏🏼 so grateful for what you’ve put together Owen White
