We create fun classes to help children develop physically, socially and emotionally. STRETCHing children’s skills, bodies and imaginations to help them GROW up healthy and confident! Stretch-n-Grow is a pre school educational exercise programme for children aged 1 to 7 years old. We are the world's largest network of Children's Fitness Professionals, together we have taught hundreds of thousands of "Stars" around the globe fundamental motor skills, balance, co-ordination, about their bodies and most importantly to"Exercise" and "Eat Healthy and Wise!"
Our programme follows a structured, themed format and links closely to the 'Early Years Foundation Stage'
The Basingstoke franchise was established in 2007 & my Stretch-n-Grow coaches teach classes in educational setting & halls in Basingstoke and surrounding areas. At our classes children are not just exercising but having great FUN whilst still learning the importance of exercise and healthy eating. We hope to see many more children Stretching-n-Growing with us very soon! For local classes or to introduce our programme in your childcare setting please contact me.
