Huge congratulations to everyone who completed our EBW charity day 2026! As you can see in the pics the weather was far from ideal but if anything it just sped us up! Also a huge thank you to everyone who donated to our page! ❤️

One of the things I love about what we do at EBW is the variety of people we get to work with.

These clips are all from the same gym and almost the same evening, but the goals couldn’t be more different.

We’ve got a client in a wheelchair working on his upper body power output before he competes for 🇬🇧 this weekend, a gentleman wanting to generally ensure he’s strong enough to make life a bit easier, a strongman pressing a 70kg DB overhead in prep for his upcoming competition and a professional golfer coming in for some testing during an off week.

Completely different starting points and completely different goals.

There isn’t one way to train and there definitely isn’t one type of person that we work with.

Our job is to understand what you’re trying to achieve and make the training fit around that.

There’s a lot of things you just won’t find at EBW… and we’re so glad! So here’s the things we’re quite happy to leave o...

There’s a lot of things you just won’t find at EBW… and we’re so glad!
So here’s the things we’re quite happy to leave out, so we can focus on what actually help people make progress.

Great performance camp this morning with a special guest appearance from .

Ray has been a part of the set up since the u12’s and came all the way through the age groups and is now out in America playing D1 Golf.

Since we had 6 golfers in the morning he was able to demonstrate some of the physical qualities he possesses to help him play the level of golf he does and also answer some questions the lads had relating to training or the golf course.

Thanks Ray for hopefully inspiring the boys; we all want your box jump 😅🔥

A look back at our first couple of Performance Camps this summer.

It’s been great to see so many young athletes come in ready to work and push themselves.

The mornings have started with performance testing before moving into coaching around speed, power, movement and strength.

The aim isn’t just to work hard for a few hours, it’s to give every athlete something they can take away and keep improving with.

Everyone leaves with their test results and a programme based on what they need to work on, so they know exactly what to focus on over the summer holidays.

Really pleased with the effort from everyone who came along. There were some brilliant performances, but even better attitudes.

We’ve still got a a very limited number of spaces left on the remaining camps over the summer holidays.

If you’ve got a young athlete who wants to improve their speed, strength and athleticism before the new season, send us a message and we’ll get the details over to you ❤️

First session with some of the SOCCA u13-15’s in the books.

We want this to be way more than a gym session, we’ve created a performance system to allow us to assess these young athletes and provide subsequent programmes that are relevant to those assessments.

✔️ Sprint speed

✔️ Jump performance

✔️ Lower & upper body power

✔️ Strength & movement assessments

It’s about building faster, stronger and more resilient footballers through objective testing and progressive coaching.

Thanks to everyone involved, we’re looking forward to seeing how this group develops over the coming months.
