Today we celebrated Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! 🍪

Across all of our rooms, the children enjoyed learning about baking skills, including measuring ingredients, mixing, rolling, and pressing dough. The children had lots of fun developing their fine motor skills, following simple instructions, and exploring different textures and ingredients.

A huge thank you to all of our parents for your kind donations. We raised £21.23!

🌟 Preschool Sports Day 2026 🌟

What a fantastic Sports Day we had! 🏅☀️

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful parents and families who came along to cheer on the children. Your support and encouragement made the day even more special. 💙

Our preschoolers had so much fun taking part in a variety of exciting activities, including:

🌈 Balance Beams
🟡 4 in a Row

The children showed amazing enthusiasm, determination, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the day. We are so proud of every single one of them for trying their best, encouraging their friends and having lots of fun!

What an incredible group of children we have had the pleasure of watching grow, learn and flourish during their time at Little Me.

Today, we celebrated not only their achievements but also the wonderful journey they have been on. It has been a privilege to be part of your early years journey.

It’s been a chocolate-filled day! 🍫

Our babies had great fun making tasty chocolate Rice Krispie treats topped with colourful sprinkles. The toddlers created yummy chocolate spread rolls, while our preschool children decorated chocolate biscuits with plenty of sprinkles.

Alongside our tasty creations, the children took part in chocolate-themed activities. They practised their mark making and tracing skills using "chocolate," and let their imaginations run wild in our chocolate café, creating and serving their own delicious pretend chocolate treats.

American Independence Day. 🇺🇸

The children explored red, white, and blue play dough and used their creativity to design and recreate the American flag by pulling, rolling, turning, and cutting the dough.
The children also enjoyed a themed sensory tray, where they talked about and explored fun facts about America, helping to develop their communication and understanding of the world.
To finish the celebrations, the children took part in a special tea party, where they enjoyed tasting hotdogs as part of the themed experience. 🏈🇺🇸💵

This week, the toddlers have been exploring a farm-themed tuff tray filled with soil, farm animals, and fruit and vegetable pebbles.
The children enjoyed discovering the different items and learning the names of the animals, fruits, and vegetables.
They were encouraged to identify the animals they might find on a farm, helping to develop their vocabulary, communication, and understanding of the world around them.🍓🌽🥕

Today, our Toddlers enjoyed taking part in their Sports Day! The children enthusiastically participated in a variety of activities, demonstrating their developing physical skills, coordination and confidence. They showed great determination as they completed each challenge and were incredibly proud of their achievements.
We would also like to say a huge thank you to all of the parents and carers who came along to support the children. Your encouragement and enthusiasm helped make the day even more special, and the children loved having you there to cheer them on.

Well done to all of our Toddlers for taking part and giving every activity their best effort!

Babies enjoyed a fun-filled Sports Day in the garden taking part in a variety of exciting activities and games.
They crawled through tunnels, threw balls through hoops, practised their climbing skills on the soft play equipment, and developed their coordination by running around cones and stepping across stepping stones.
The children had lots of fun while building their confidence, balance, and physical skills.
