Why NOW is the best time to invest in a coach.
I know what youâre thinking,
âJames youâre crazy! Do you know whatâs going on in the world right now and the current climate?!?!â
Of course I do.
Iâm always very aware with what is going on around me.
So why do I say that now is the best time to invest?
With inflation, energy bills going up etc etc
Because if you invest NOW in your health and fitness,
Youâll see far better results,
Because the stakes are at an all time high.

Why you shouldnât be scared to start working with a coach.
I understand that at first it can be daunting.
Youâll have a lot of unanswered questions which you wonât find out the answers too until down the line while working with a coach.
I understand.
I myself have had a coach in the past.
The first things that run through your mind are,
Is this person the real deal? Can they get the results that theyâre promising that I can get?
Am I wasting my money?
How much will I benefit from this? Even at all?
Iâll go more in depth about my experience with a coach in a different post.
But I can tell you this for now, if you do the work that your coach gives you, then you will 100% reach them goals.
And this why you shouldnât be scared too start working with a coach.

âJames weâre 3 weeks into January and I still havenât lost any weight?! Help!!â
Hereâs just 3 reasons why youâre not losing weight.
1ïžâŁ Youâre not tracking ALL your calories. You may be tracking your calories, but are you tracking EVERYTHING?
This is something you need to do if youâre not seeing any progress on the scales.
Not tracking things such as oils and sauces will be your downfall.
Youâll be surprised how many calories are in a tablespoon of vegetable oil, or a small cup of mayonnaise.
2ïžâŁ Youâre forgetting that THE WEEKEND COUNTS TOO!!!

Eat what you want?
Donât track it?
Well Iâm sorry to break it to you, but all that hard work you put in Monday-Friday, has now gone to waste.

Commitment is a big thing.
How badly do you want to achieve your goals?
Them extra kilos you gained over Christmas.
How hard are you willing to work to achieve your dreams?
And most importantly, how long are you going to stay committed to achieving them?
Most people give up at the first hurdle.
Iâm here to stop that from happening.
If you take some quality time to INVEST in your future.
Nothing will stop you from achieving your goals.
You just have to take that small step forward.

These new goals of yours that youâve just set out.
I want to know how long theyâll last.
Seriously.
How much are you struggling to get to the gym at 6am?
How much are you struggling to restrict your diet?
Ask yourself, how long will I put up with this?
Iâm here to tell you nowâŠ
If getting up to go to the gym at 6am is a struggle and feels like a chore.
Itâs not going to last long.
If youâre starving because youâve restricted your food too much.
Itâs not going to last long.
In my years of experience I can tell you now, you wonât last.
Going to the gym shouldnât feel like a chore, it should be enjoyable.
You should be able to eat the foods you love while still losing weight.
Lucky for you.
Iâm here to give you some advice.
Implementing some of these are key to a successful fitness journey.
-Find a good workout programme that you enjoy.
-Workout with a friend.
-INVEST in a coach.
-Track your progress.
Give some of these tips a go, and let me know how much better you feel for taking my advice.
These are all tips that you can implement into your life RIGHT NOW.

Set backs.
We all get them.
Itâs about how you brush yourself off and come back stronger.
The most important thing is to not let it get to you mentally.
Of course youâre not going to be as strong as you were 2 weeks ago, because you havenât stepped foot in the gym for 2 weeks.
Of course you might of gained a little bit of weight because youâve been ill and not been able to get out of the house.
Itâs something that you have to accept and cope with.
The most important thing is getting back into a good routine.
Tackling it step by step.
How do you do that?
Plan ahead.
Make it non-negotiable.
Tell yourself, you WILL be in the gym tomorrow at 7pm.
You WILL hit your 10k step goal.
You WILL achieve all your goals, if you just put your mind to it.
