Why NOW is the best time to invest in a coach.

I know what you’re thinking,

“James you’re crazy! Do you know what’s going on in the world right now and the current climate?!?!”

Of course I do.

I’m always very aware with what is going on around me.

So why do I say that now is the best time to invest?

With inflation, energy bills going up etc etc

Because if you invest NOW in your health and fitness,

You’ll see far better results,

Because the stakes are at an all time high.

When you’re paying for a top quality service,

Getting the best advice FOR YOU on how to change YOUR body.

You’ll follow it.

Because you wont want to spend your money and not see any results in a time when you’re struggling for money.

Believe me. I know. I’ve been there.

I had £100 in the bank with a broken down car which I knew was over £200 to repair at the time when I invest £600 into my coach.

And I took every single piece of advice that my coach gave me.

And I put my 100% best into every task.

Because I knew that it was make or break.

And it paid off massively.

Which is exactly why right NOW I am looking for people that are committed, to come and work with me.

Because I know for sure that you’ll give me 100% of your dedication and commitment to every task that I give you.

Why you shouldn’t be scared to start working with a coach.

I understand that at first it can be daunting.

You’ll have a lot of unanswered questions which you won’t find out the answers too until down the line while working with a coach.

I understand.

I myself have had a coach in the past.

The first things that run through your mind are,

Is this person the real deal? Can they get the results that they’re promising that I can get?

Am I wasting my money?

How much will I benefit from this? Even at all?

I’ll go more in depth about my experience with a coach in a different post.

But I can tell you this for now, if you do the work that your coach gives you, then you will 100% reach them goals.

And this why you shouldn’t be scared too start working with a coach.

We’re only here to help you.

We want you to achieve your goals just as bad as you want to achieve your goals.

Because it makes our jobs feel so special seeing you happy with the results you’ve achieved.

I became a coach to help change peoples lives.

To educate you on health and fitness.

To see you succeed!

The picture above is an example of why I do my job, too see people happy 😄

Remember my DM’s are always open.

So if you’re having second thoughts about whether to start with a coach or not, drop me a DM and let’s start talking🤝🏻

Testimonial from my client Ryan 🌟

I am super proud of the results that Ryan achieved in the 3 months of us working together!

Here’s a short list of what he achieved in them 3 months;

-Ryan lost 6kg going from 90kg -> 84kg

-Gained loads of confidence not only within the gym but outside of the gym as well!

-Learned how to correctly and safely perform each exercise

-Increased his strength tremendously, lifting weights he hasn’t lifted before!💪🏻

-And now has vast knowledge from our sessions together to last him a long time! And he knows exactly what he has to do in the future to achieve his next goal!

Ryan always gave his all in each of our sessions together, working up a great sweat and doing what was necessary to lose the weight!

And I haven’t even mentioned the best thing yet…

He did this all while EATING the foods he loves and while maintaining a good social life with friends and family, drinking some weekends!

This goes to show that if you have the right coach in your corner, you can achieve the body you desire while living the life you want to live!

If you would like to be coached by me, and eat the foods you want when you want to, while still achieving the body you crave!

Then send me a DM saying “Coach” and I’ll give you all the information that you need to ensure that you succeed in achieving that dream body ✅

“James we’re 3 weeks into January and I still haven’t lost any weight?! Help!!”

Here’s just 3 reasons why you’re not losing weight.

1️⃣ You’re not tracking ALL your calories. You may be tracking your calories, but are you tracking EVERYTHING?

This is something you need to do if you’re not seeing any progress on the scales.

Not tracking things such as oils and sauces will be your downfall.

You’ll be surprised how many calories are in a tablespoon of vegetable oil, or a small cup of mayonnaise.

2️⃣ You’re forgetting that THE WEEKEND COUNTS TOO!!!

Honestly…

How many of you let loose on the weekend?

Eat what you want?

Don’t track it?

Well I’m sorry to break it to you, but all that hard work you put in Monday-Friday, has now gone to waste.

3️⃣ You’re not active enough.

I’m not saying spend 2 hours in the gym everyday.

But how many steps do you do a day?

Is it less than 5,000?

If it is, then you’re likely not active enough.

Spend more time walking 🚶🏼 and less time eating 🍽

If you need any help with your weight loss journey, drop me a DM and I’ll give you all the help you’ll need to achieve your goals 💪🏻

Commitment is a big thing.

How badly do you want to achieve your goals?

Them extra kilos you gained over Christmas.

How hard are you willing to work to achieve your dreams?

And most importantly, how long are you going to stay committed to achieving them?

Most people give up at the first hurdle.

I’m here to stop that from happening.

If you take some quality time to INVEST in your future.

Nothing will stop you from achieving your goals.

You just have to take that small step forward.

These new goals of yours that you’ve just set out.

I want to know how long they’ll last.

Seriously.

How much are you struggling to get to the gym at 6am?

How much are you struggling to restrict your diet?

Ask yourself, how long will I put up with this?

I’m here to tell you now…

If getting up to go to the gym at 6am is a struggle and feels like a chore.

It’s not going to last long.

If you’re starving because you’ve restricted your food too much.

It’s not going to last long.

In my years of experience I can tell you now, you won’t last.

Going to the gym shouldn’t feel like a chore, it should be enjoyable.

You should be able to eat the foods you love while still losing weight.

Lucky for you.

I’m here to give you some advice.

Implementing some of these are key to a successful fitness journey.

-Find a good workout programme that you enjoy.

-Workout with a friend.

-INVEST in a coach.

-Track your progress.

Give some of these tips a go, and let me know how much better you feel for taking my advice.

These are all tips that you can implement into your life RIGHT NOW.

There are no excuses!

If you are still struggling with your health and fitness, then drop me a DM TODAY, and I’ll personally help you succeed in your journey.

Set backs.

We all get them.

It’s about how you brush yourself off and come back stronger.

The most important thing is to not let it get to you mentally.

Of course you’re not going to be as strong as you were 2 weeks ago, because you haven’t stepped foot in the gym for 2 weeks.

Of course you might of gained a little bit of weight because you’ve been ill and not been able to get out of the house.

It’s something that you have to accept and cope with.

The most important thing is getting back into a good routine.

Tackling it step by step.

How do you do that?

Plan ahead.

Make it non-negotiable.

Tell yourself, you WILL be in the gym tomorrow at 7pm.

You WILL hit your 10k step goal.

You WILL achieve all your goals, if you just put your mind to it.
