Hi everyone! I'm Marcy and I am the other half of Unity Fitness (the prettier half 😜). I am a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor and I will be taking the Thursday's class called U-TONE so here are few details you need to know about it.
*
💪U-TONE class is designed to sculpt your body and target those stubborn areas like thighs, hips and arms.
*
📚During the class we will be focusing on muscle endurance and static training and by keeping the muscle under contraction we will be able to overload the area and effectively achieve that lean look.
*
🤸‍♀️Designing this class I wanted to achieve maximum results using your own body/ our bodies are all the equipment we need so let me push yours beyond the boundaries to create the best version of yourself.

Together we can make U-TONE.

Message for details! 👋 See you on Thursday!

❤️In U-FIT we will be focusing on improving your cardiovascular fitness whilst burning plenty of calories. Everyone has a different capacity for intensity and I will help you to expand yours!
*
📚We will be combining many different training principles such as HIIT, Tabata and EPOC to create an effective and enjoyable class.
Together we can make U-FIT!
