Each week we do something different. Tonight was partner circuits, we used kettle bells, battle rope and our own body weight. Everyone smashed it.

Guess who is back?! 💁🏻‍♀️ Thank you Mel for covering me whilst I was on maternity leave, she has been fantastic. Don’t panic though Mel loves POUND so much she is going to be teaching that class from now on & I will be teaching Total Body on a Thursday. Looking forward to seeing you all!💫
