Autumn term 🍂🍁🍂

The first week of term got off to a flying start with trips to Milestones Museum, Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm and Bounce and Play at a local community centre 😀

So proud of my recent graduates 🥰

It's been lovely to hear this week that they are both thriving in their new surroundings.

One has been described by preschool as a breath of fresh air and such a polite and helpful little girl 😍 and the other has already started reading some words in her first week at school 👏

Both have gone in without any tears and settled straight away! ✨️

Proud of my little chicks family and the relationships built with these families to give their children the best start in life ❤️

☀️Summer Days ☀️

Before I was able to go off on my holiday we packed in a couple of days with siblings, a heatwave and a day at the seaside!

☀️ Summer Days ☀️

Wow what a find this park was! We all loved it and will definitely be visiting again now we have discovered it 😀 the little one was on the loose again and enjoyed using the ramped climbing frame, little slide and was very brave going inside the castle where it was a little dark. Small but mighty 💪 the bigger ones also had a great time chasing each other around the wooden castle and using the balance beams and zip lines!

☀️ Summer Days ☀️

Another day, another park. We have loved the sunny weather and the opportunity it has given us to get out and about exploring different places. This particular trip included a park with a 'surf board' and a 'fireman's pole' which the little ones loved! They also practiced their balancing skills and fine motor moving the 'leaves' on the activity station. We obviously had to sample more blackberries and have a run through a meadow to burn off any excess energy. The smallest little chick enjoyed being let loose and tried the slide, climbing steps and using the swing. She wasn't keen on the blackberries though 😂 There is no sitting in a pushchair watching the big ones in this setting! We make every activity as inclusive as possible 😊

☀️ Summer Days ☀️

One of our days this summer included nail painting, park trip, blackberry picking, craft and sand play in the garden. The children built new friendships and worked on their collaboration skills. They took turns and strengthened both their gross and fine motor skills. Most of all they had fun and enjoyed spending time outdoors!

The last one to fly the nest this year 🥹

She's been here so long she's part of the furniture! I'm not sure it's hit me yet! 😭

Three years of fun and memories and now she's off to big school 💗 we know she is absolutely going to smash this next phase 💪 and thankfully Mum will still be in our lives as she runs one of our favourite places...that definitely softens the blow!

They forgot feathers...recently hoovered the car out and removed four feathers collected on our travels 😂
