On Tuesday 16th June 2026, Year 10 students had the opportunity to hear from Royal Holloway, University of London, exploring big questions about their future 📚✨
They discussed:
What university is really like
Why people choose to go
How it links to future careers
Student life beyond the classroom
💬 We encourage parents and carers to start a conversation at home this evening — ask your child what they learned, what surprised them, and what they might be thinking about for their future.
These small conversations can make a big difference in helping young people feel confident about their next steps.

We’re excited to be hosting Imagin8 – Inspiring STEM Careers at Brighton Hill Community School on Friday 19th June, in collaboration with Eduthing – IT Services for Education!
Students will take part in inspiring, hands-on workshops exploring AI, robotics, environmental technology, biomedical science and STEM careers. From designing eco-friendly farms to creating autonomous robots and investigating medical diagnostics, the day promises to bring STEM to life.
