Trauma-informed Somatic Coach | Nervous System Regulation | Burnout Recovery | Autism & ADHD

The Autistic Burnout Virtual Conference 2026 23/03/2026

I’m thrilled to be part of the line up for this amazing event again this year.

I will be talking about how discovering and exploring our we’re autistic and/or ADHD often leads to and deepens burnout for us, how grief and shame show up and often keep us stuck, the identity shifts we often experience at the same time and how we can reconnect to ourselves more authentically to move forward in a more sustainable way. All through a somatic, trauma-informed nervous system lens, as always.

Loads of other great speakers and sessions - link for tickets below…

I love words and I’ve always loved writing, but it’s something I can find harder these days (hello demand avoidance). So I’m really happy to be featured over on Jade Farrington - Counsellor and Therapist’s Substack.

I wrote about how reclaiming our bodies can open the door to our authentic selves, and how that reconnection ripples out into collective change.

This work matters deeply to me. So many of us, as neurodivergent and sensitive people - especially those of us in marginalised groups - have been taught to mistrust our bodies, when our bodies have actually been doing everything they can to keep us safe.

I’d love to know if it resonates for you.

Winter Holiday Community Event: In Support of Autistic Inclusive Meets

So excited to be part of this event again this year… and I might even be feeling a little bit festive already (I know, I know… it’s still November but there’s so much neurodivergent joy for me at Christmas!)

Burnout and recovery in neurodivergent adults through a nervous system lens 10/11/2025

There’s still time to book on for this two-part webinar with me and Viv Dawes Autistic Advocate, starting tomorrow.

We’ll be looking at what neurodivergent burnout is, what causes it, how it affects us, and how to feel better. Both sessions will be recorded if you can’t make it live.

Happy Halloween/Samhain 🎃💀🧙✨🦇

Halloween really feeds my inner child and my sense of playfulness, especially dressing up. It taps into my childhood love of vampires and black and white horror movies that I used to watch with my dad.

In more recent years, as I've reconnected to myself, my spirituality and embraced my inner witchiness, it's become about so much more too.

Samhain is known as the Witches' New Year: a time to let go of what no longer serves you and make way for the new. A time for reflection and rebirth. And that's definitely the energy I'm feeling at the moment...

Change and uncertainty can feel scary, especially as an AuDHDer. But building our capacity for the unknown and finding enough safety to be in the liminal space with the discomfort... that's where the growth happens so we can move forward.

Whether the witchy vibe resonates for you or not, now's not the time to be small, to be quiet, to shrink yourself.

The world needs your light, your strength, your sensitivity, your voice.

Now is the time to shine bright, to step into your authenticity and speak your truth.

For all the parts of you. For the versions of you that have come before, for who you are now and for who you are becoming.

It’s time to reclaim ourselves, our bodies, our voices, our magic and our power. On an individual level and as a collective.

So what is it that you're ready to let go of?

Where are you ready to step into your authenticity and your power?

Let me know in the comments…

Ready for the transformation but not sure where to start?
I've got a few spaces for new 1:1 coaching clients from next month. You can book a free call (link in comments) or feel free to drop me a message...

FREEDOM... What does it feel like for you?

Freedom isn’t always big and loud. It’s the quiet moments that are often the most transformational. The moments when we feel safe enough to be ourselves. The freedom to feel joy, love, ease, hope. The freedom to choose ourselves. The freedom to move, to speak up, to take up the space we deserve. To be seen.

True freedom isn't in our minds – it's not about how we think or what we say. It's something we feel in our bodies, a felt sense.

This is why we move, we dance, we shake, we breathe, we make sound. To reclaim our bodies and find our freedom.

Are you ready to feel it?

Embodied Freedom is a 2.5-hour somatic journey to guide you into your authenticity and your freedom.

Join us on Saturday 8 November 7-9.30pm at The Cross Barn in Odiham. More info in the comments.
