Yesterday’s Race for Life muddy run was honestly SO much fun ☀️🏃♀️
The sun was shining, the heat was HOT 🥵 and the company made it even better ❤️
Such an amazing atmosphere from start to finish and all for such an incredible cause. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far it truly means a lot. If you can still donate, please do 💖
Definitely one to do every year! And the looks we got walking through town afterwards were absolutely priceless 😂😂

What a day 😍
This morning was something special with my community. We took on a training hike at Box Hill as we build up to tackling Snowdon in July… and wow, it did not disappoint.
The views, the energy, the laughs just unreal. There’s something powerful about being surrounded by such an incredible group of humans all pushing themselves and supporting each other 💪
So grateful for every single one of you. Love you all ❤️
Happy Bank Holiday weekend

What a weekend with these lovely ladies! 🚴♀️✨
Another event completed and the New Forest Classic conquered 57 miles in the bag! It was a tough ride with challenging wind conditions, but we powered through and I’m super, super chuffed with our time. 💪🌬️
Nothing beats great company, determination, and the buzz of crossing that finish line together. Roll on the next event… if I can persuade them! 🤣

🌟 6 Months, 2 Photos, One Incredible Transformation! 🌟
Swipe to see — just 6 months apart! 😍
When she started PT with me, her goal was simple: get stronger, fitter, and feel amazing in her own skin. What she’s achieved goes way beyond looks…
💪 The stats speak for themselves:
13.5cm off her waist
15cm off her hips
9cm off each thigh
Over 10kg lost
But here’s the thing — it’s not just the physical transformation. Annabel is insanely strong, mentally focused, and in such a positive headspace. She’s done all this while raising 2 small children now that’s true inspiration! ❤️
This journey is a reminder that consistency + mindset will get the results, and that you can prioritise yourself without sacrificing life or family.
📣 Let’s give Annabel some love for smashing 6 months of PT! 👏🥰

✨ No quick fixes. Just consistency. Real results. ✨
This is Annie 💪
She’s been training with me for a few years now…
and she’s in the best shape of her life.
What makes this even more impressive 👇
Annie works ridiculous hours.
Her job is demanding, full-on, and busy.
But she still finds 2 hours a week to train with me.
Not 6 days a week.
Not hours in the gym.
Just two focused sessions, done consistently, week after week.
No extremes.
No quick fixes.
No starting over every Monday.
Just:
✔️ Prioritising herself
✔️ Training that fits around real life
✔️ Consistency over perfection
✔️ Playing the long game
And that’s why her results have lasted and keep improving.
‼️ I’ll be opening my doors in February 💻
for hybrid and online coaching options.
If you’re busy, juggling work, life, and everything in between — but still want real, sustainable results — reach out if you’re potentially interested 💬
So proud of you, Annie 🖤❤️
This is what real progress looks like.

🤏 It’s never been easier to portray yourself as someone you’re not. 😩
With AI, filters, lighting, angles and editing, you can now create before & afters that never actually existed.
And honestly… I see it all the time in my job.
Unrealistic transformations.
Bodies that don’t reflect real timelines.
“Results” that are more tech than training.
That’s not to say real change isn’t possible — because it absolutely is.
But we’re all falling into the trap of comparing ourselves to things that aren’t even real anymore.
I’ve added two photos here:
• One is actually me last week
• The other is me AI-generated this morning
Same person. Same body.
Just one edited to look more “toned”, more “defined”, more “perfect”.
And that’s the danger.
If you’re constantly measuring yourself against what you see online, you’ll always feel behind even when you’re doing amazingly well.
So here’s your reminder:
✨ Don’t compare your real body to an artificial one
✨ Don’t rush your journey to match someone else’s highlight reel
✨ Progress doesn’t need to be extreme to be valid
Focus on your health, your strength, your reality not someone else’s edited version.
Your body doesn’t need to look different to be worthy.
It just needs to be yours. ❤️🥰
