🩰✨ WHO WOULD BE INTERESTED IN PBT CLASSES?! ✨🩰

Hi everyone! 💗💕Darcey is now a certified PBT teacher (Progressing Ballet Technique) classes and we wanted to see who would be interested in classes!🩰

For anyone who hasn’t heard of PBT before, it’s a body-conditioning programme designed to help dancers improve their core strength, balance, posture, muscle memory and overall ballet technique 💪🏼✨

Using exercises with equipment such as exercise balls and resistance bands, PBT helps you understand how to use your body correctly, improve your control and build strength to support your dancing! 🩰🤍

It’s a great way to work on those little details that make a BIG difference in the studio! 🩷

Let me know if you’d be interested! 💕 Would love to see who fancies giving it a go! 🫶🏼✨

🌟 Well done to Miss N and Miss H! 🌟

You both danced beautifully today at the prestigious BATD Senior Ballet Scholarships in Newcastle, competing against 67 talented students who had all achieved top marks in their ballet examinations and travelled from all around the UK. 🩰✨

I am so incredibly proud of you both. You held your own, danced with confidence, and represented yourselves and your school beautifully.
❤️

Well done girls you should be very proud of yourselves! 🌟🩰👏

Thank you teacher Jamie for supporting them this weekend x
