As a follower of our page, you may have wondered why we don't post photos of the children’s faces 🧒

While the children are our biggest assets, and we would absolutely love to share those beautiful smiles that show just how happy they are in our setting, our biggest priority will always be keeping our little people safe. Not just while they are in our care, but beyond it too ❤️

We are passionate about protecting, and respecting, children’s privacy. In a world where so much of our lives are shared online, we believe it is important to play our part in reducing our children's digitial footprint from a young age 🥰

But dont worry, we are still capturing all those wonderful moments and if your child attends Kingswood Pre-School, you have access to Tapestry, where you can securely view photos and updates of all the activities, achievements and special moments your child experiences each week.

If your child was born between 1st September 2022 and 31st August 2023, they are due to start Reception in September 2027 🥰.

Tours are happening now! So add the dates to your diary to view your preferred schools 🏫

Applications on the Essex Admissions website (see below) will be open on the 9th November 2026 and the deadline for applications is the 15th January 2027.

☀️It’s going to be a hot one this week!☀️

In the shaded early mornings, we will still be accessing the garden whilst it is cool and safe enough to do so and for limited intervals.

ALL children must come into pre-school with suncream already applied.

Children have access to fresh, cold water throughout their entire session, and they will be encouraged to drink regularly💧.

Please ensure the children have the following things in preschool with them this week to help us keep them comfortable and safe in the warm weather!

☀️ sun hats are provided,
☀️ Labelled suncream so children that attend all day can have it reapplied if needed,
☀️ Weather appropriate changes of clothes in the children’s bags as we will have water play in abundance!💦💦
