2024 has been a year of ups and downs for T360, but it’s truly been my university of life and business. I’m excited for the great plans ahead for T360 in 2025, as well as the launch of Global Energy Skills a project I’m privileged to be part of. More details will be shared in the new year.

I’ll wrap up 2024 with my final work duty a meeting at 10 AM before taking some well deserved time to relax with my family. Wishing everyone I’ve met and worked with a Merry Christmas, and I look forward to what 2025 has in store.

Being a business owner comes with a unique set of challenges and rewards. On the surface, entrepreneurship can look glamorous the freedom, the flexibility, and the ability to shape your own future. But behind the scenes, it’s a different story.

The Reality is
- Long hours.
- Constant decision making.
- Financial uncertainty.
- High levels of stress.

But on the flip side, there’s immense satisfaction in creating something from the ground up, seeing it grow, and making an impact.

Is the Risk to Reward Worth It ?

The truth is, the rewards can be worth the risks but it’s never guaranteed. Success often hinges on adaptability, resilience, and continuous learning. If you have a passion for what you do, the risks may feel smaller. Yet, it’s important to acknowledge that failure is a possibility, and setbacks are inevitable.

The question to ask is Are you ready to embrace the highs and the lows ?
