We've been celebrating today with some wonderful activities learning about plants, the world and learning about where our fruit comes from 🌍🌱🍏

We created some beautiful earth pictures and talked about where we live. There was some wonderful collaboration as we shared resources and support each other with our seed handling and watering, and of course some super muddy hands!

We had a lovely time celebrating Easter out in our local community 🐣

Our visit to the church was extra special, as Reverend Philip introduced us to members of the community and joined us in singing our favourite nursery rhyme together. The children were fascinated exploring the beautiful details inside the church, especially the stained glass windows and the stories they tell. We even turned it into a little adventure, counting crosses and chatting about what they represent.

Afterwards, we continued our visit by popping over to the local care home, where the children shared their handmade Easter cards and wished the residents a very Happy Easter. There were lots of smiles all round 💛

Moments like these are so important in helping children feel connected to the world around them.
