I DID IT… WE DID IT! 🥹❤️

I’m so incredibly proud and excited to finally share the results of my recent Ofsted inspection…

🌟⭐ Strong standard in all areas! ⭐🌟

My previous inspection was through a childminder agency, where I was graded Outstanding. At the time, I was incredibly proud of that achievement, but I found myself almost hesitant to shout it from the rooftops.

I’d heard comments such as “It’s easier to get Outstanding through an agency” and “Agencies give Outstanding more often than Ofsted”. Whether those comments were true or not, they made me question whether my previous grading was a true reflection of the practice I had worked so hard to create.

So this time, having had an inspection directly with Ofsted, I think I’m finally going to allow myself to stand back and feel really, really proud. ❤️

This little business is something I have created from the ground up. I have poured my heart and soul into it, invested countless hours, constantly reflected on my practice and, if I’m honest, lost far too many hours of sleep worrying about this inspection!

Not because I don’t believe I do a good job… but because I care so deeply about the children I look after and the families who trust me every single day with their most precious little people. ❤️

So today, I’m celebrating.🎉

I’m celebrating the hard work, the sleepless nights, the learning, the growth, the children, the families and everything that makes my setting what it is.

I did it. WE did it! 🥹❤️

And this time, I’m going to shout it from the rooftops. 🫶🏻🌟

I’m rubbish at goodbyes… and this year I’ve had to say two. 🥺💕 Thank you so much for the kind and very generous gifts and the lovely words! 🥹

I’m so incredibly proud of these two little ones and everything they’ve achieved during their time with me. 🥹🥰

I’m going to miss them more than they know, but I know they’re ready for their next big adventure at school. 🎒🫶🏻

Good luck, little ones. Go and shine! And remember, 'Wherever you go, whatever you do, I want you to know, I'm so proud of you!' ❤️

📚Starting School for the first time or going back to school can bring so many mixed emotions, excitement, nerves, pride, anxiety and tears.
Whatever you’re feeling, it’s okay. I get it. 💛

Be gentle with yourselves and remember, every big step starts with a little bit of courage. 🌟

One of the benefits of childminding is the small, homely setting where children get lots of individual attention and can build strong relationships.

But small doesn’t have to mean small social experiences! 🤍🩵

We regularly meet up with other childminders and their little ones, giving the children opportunities to make friends, play alongside different children, share spaces and develop confidence in a wider social group.

A lovely balance of home from home care with plenty of opportunities to explore, connect and socialise. 🥰

🥰 I'm pleased to share that I've successfully completed my Level 4 PANCo (Physical Activity and Nutrition Coordinator) qualification! 🎉

This qualification has given me a greater understanding of how physical activity and good nutrition support children's health, wellbeing, confidence, and overall development.

I'm passionate about providing the very best care and learning opportunities, and this is another step in ensuring the children in my setting receive the highest quality experiences every day. 🩷
