83% of employees report at least some degree of burnout. Constant, unmanaged change is one of the reasons why.

Workforce research this year points to a shift in what's actually driving exhaustion. It's not hours worked. It's cognitive strain, decision fatigue, and the constant churn of change nobody prepared people for.

Every restructure, every new system, every AI rollout adds to that load if the individual isn't equipped to process it. Layered on top of each other, unmanaged, they compound.

Wellbeing programmes treat the symptoms after they show up. PCM addresses the cause before it does, giving people a structured way to process change as it happens.

That's the difference between a wellbeing strategy and a change readiness strategy. Organisations need both. Right now most only have one.

We're here with the solution. www.thePCMcompany.com

Gartner expects more than 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027.

Not because the agents don't work. Because governance, trust, and adoption inside the organisation can't keep pace with how fast the technology is being deployed.

Every AI rollout plan we've seen accounts for infrastructure, licensing, and security. Almost none of them account for the individual employee's readiness to hand part of their job to a system they didn't ask for.

That readiness gap is measurable. It's manageable. It's exactly where PCM sits.

The organisations that get ahead of this in the next two years won't be the ones with the best model. They'll be the ones whose people were ready for it.

More than 80% of enterprise AI projects fail to deliver the business value they promised.

RAND's analysis of enterprise AI initiatives found that roughly a third are abandoned before they ever reach production, and most of the rest never recoup their cost.

The recurring explanation across every major study on this isn't the technology. It's the organisation around it, and underneath the data and integration problems sits a simpler one: nobody prepared the people who were meant to use it.

You can buy the best model in the world. If the individuals inside your organisation haven't been equipped to change how they work, it sits unused.

AI adoption is a people problem wearing a technology costume. That's exactly the problem PCM was built to solve.

HR trains leadership all year. Finance trains budget discipline all year. Change gets trained once, mid crisis, under a deadline.

Every other risk category in a modern organisation has moved from reactive to proactive. Ethics and compliance became infrastructure. Procurement became infrastructure. Sales enablement became infrastructure.

Change readiness never made that jump. It still gets deployed like a fire extinguisher, only when something is already burning.
Change practitioners shouldn't be sitting idle between initiatives waiting for the next one to land. They should be using that time to build change readiness across the workforce, the same way HR builds leadership capability year-round.

Proactive beats reactive. Every time.

We are not competing with the change management industry. We're addressing what it was never built to cover.

Every established OCM framework, ADKAR included, is built to manage the plan. The stakeholder map, the timeline, the communications cascade.

None of them are built to sit inside the individual and equip them to actually move through the change themselves.

That's not a flaw in those frameworks. It was never their job.

PCM Assurance is the layer that sits underneath any change methodology and makes sure the people inside it are actually ready to carry it.

The industry meant to protect that $2.3 trillion is worth a few billion dollars.

Change management as a directly billed global industry, consultancies and software combined, sits at roughly $2.7 billion this year, growing to under $6 billion by 2035.

That's the entire global spend on the discipline responsible for making sure transformation initiatives actually land. A fraction of a percent of what it's meant to protect.

Prosci, the largest name in that small industry, has certified over 260,000 practitioners worldwide using the ADKAR model. Respected work, real impact, built to manage the plan.

Small industry. Enormous stakes. That imbalance is exactly where PCM sits.

$2.3 trillion is lost every year to failed digital transformation. That's not a technology problem. That's a people problem with a price tag.

Roughly $3.6 trillion is spent globally every year on digital transformation. Close to $2.3 trillion of that is lost to failure, year after year.

The research behind that figure points to the same conclusion research after research keeps reaching: the most significant factors driving that failure rate are people, not technology. Leadership, culture, structure, delivery.

That's not a rounding error. That's the scale of a small national economy, lost annually, because the individuals inside these transformations were never equipped to carry them.
That's the gap PCM exists to close.

I'm pioneering a new pathway forward in global change management.

Organisational Change Management has existed for nearly a century. Over 40 different models sit inside it. And it still fails at a staggering rate, because none of those models were built to equip the individual to actually participate in the change themselves.

I spent my career inside that gap before I had a name for it. I led global sales, operations, HR, and revenue functions across hospitality organisations exceeding a billion dollars in annual revenue. I watched brilliant strategies die, not because the plan was wrong, but because nobody had prepared the person on the other end of it.

In my mid-40s I went into academia, still running that work, still looking for the answer. It didn't exist. So I built it.

Personal Change Management. The governance risk nobody was measuring, or accounting for.

I tested it globally, inside real businesses, and backed it with academic rigour. What it proved is simple: PCM is the missing capability gap standing between change and true transformation.

I am not competing with OCM. I'm building the foundation OCM, and every organisation running through it, needs to stand on to actually succeed.

I invite you to walk with me on this journey.
