respond to customers queries and support their accommodation and
travel needs, deliver outstanding customer experiences at all times. We are looking for an apprentice to join our company at a very

You will be working with our team of travel advisors to…

- Book travel reservations to our customers requirements.
- Create bespoke itineraries for our customers.
- Search for the most cost-effective travel solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for customers via telephone, email and our bespoke online platform.
- Complete reservations at the point of sale, accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide solutions and advice to customers.

Hours: Mon - Fri
9am - 5:30pm

Standard Apprenticeship rates.

Customer Service Practitioner Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 2 Standard) - 12 months
