Just a quick update from my team at the Viking way. We are working tirelessly to ensure we will be ready for business after the lock down restrictions are lifted. Plaster is going on new walls, Yew is being prepared for bar tops and shelving. Equipment and strategies are being discussed and ratified. Stock and menu decisions are now in place with our highly experienced and friendly front of house team. Broadband and phone lines are in place, coloured lighting and outdoor signs. Our next project is our take away options. We have Hats, Tshirts, Mugs, cups, flasks badges etc etc
