🍭🍭🍭 I have truly treasured the last 9 years since opening the doors of Lollipop Lane and my dream began to utilise my childcare qualifications . It has been the best, craziest, loveliest, most heart fulfilling experience of my life……along with some of the most testing! I have had the absolute honour of caring for so many children within our locality and I love to see their little faces, even now waving as they go past at school pick up’s etc……..but I have had to make the very difficult decision that it’s time now that I close the doors to my lovely Lollipop for the final time on Wednesday 19th July. I have absolutely loved every second of it but with the ever changing demands, staff moving on to new roles, maternity leave and changes within the childcare sector, I feel it’s time for me to hang up my pink lollipop boss top and embark on pastures new within the childcare sector. I will endeavour to ensure that there will be a provision in place to ensure a smooth transition for those requiring the facility in the Autumn term and I have a lot of support from the local authority to ensure this can continue.
I absolutely cannot put into words how difficult this choice has been for me and I absolutely treasure the children, staff and families that have made the last 9 years so absolutely wonderful. A huge Thank you to all the dedicated staff over the years that I have had the pleasure to work alongside.
It’s not goodbye it’s just I/we will see you soon …….probably on the school runs or trips to tesco. I am so thankful to all the support from families and the local community over the years…….
