My Szechuan Beef. I managed to get the peppercorn’s from my friends at Clancy Spice Emporium ,Cardiff Market. I’m going to make Szechuan Chicken soon ,with a different recipe that I’m working on . I hope you enjoy the video,thanks again for watching.

My beloved Brother Robert.

So many things I never got to say.
I never imagined you’d be far away.
I was honoured to have you as a brother,
I miss and love you like no other..
In my heart you’ll always be;
My guide and help for me to see.
I’ll never forget your soothing voice.
I would take your place if I had a choice.
I miss you with all of my heart.
I wish we never had to part.
I 'm writing this poem full of pride,
I know you’re always by my side.

The Ribs are covered in my homemade Rub and then cooked slow. The meat falls of the bone, making the ribs incredibly tender and succulent. They are the covered with my delicious home made BBQ sauce . Either having a whole rack as a main course or sharing as a starter it`s up to you.

This is my own very tasty, easy to make homemade burger recipe. On a toasted bun,covered with my burger sauce , lettuce, cheese slice, caramelised onions, maple bacon and additional cheddar cheese on top. This is my favourite way to top a delicious burger.

Stifado is a delicious Greek stew ,rich in flavors and textures and is a firm favorite. The biggest advantage of this Greek beef stew lies in its ingredients, which are available and in season during the whole year. The preparation is very easy, then all that is needed is patience as it has to be cooked slowly, so all the flavours dissolve into the gravy.
