As part of our service value, the children have been busy feeding, caring and collecting eggs.

Fresh eggs are £1 for 3 and are on sale from the entrance now.

They’re open to everyone in our community - parents, children, neighbours and friends. Come and grab some! 🥚 🐔

FOBS recently launched their Amazon Wish List initiative, giving our teachers the opportunity to suggest those little extras that can further enrich classroom activities, encourage creativity and add to the children's learning experiences.

We’ve already been lucky to receive some lovely donations from parents, families and friends of the school. Here are just a few of the items that have arrived so far! 📚✏️🎨

Each donation comes to us with a special “A Gift for Your Classroom” label, including the donor’s name or gift message where one has been provided.

There are more teacher-requested extras on the FOBS Wish List, with items at a range of prices. If you'd like to support this FOBS initiative, you can choose an item to donate here:

🛠️ CAN YOU LEND A HAND? 🛠️

Following our hugely successful DIY SOS, we just have a few final jobs that need finishing around school! 💚🏫

Our main job is getting the roof put on our Forest School shed 🛖🌿 so that it’s all finished and ready for the children when they return in September. 🍂

🔨 Could you spare a few hours next week to lend a hand?

If you’re handy with DIY and able to help us get the job finished, we’d be incredibly grateful! 🙏💚

Goodbye Year 6 ❤️❤️

Well today’s the day we say goodbye to our Year 6’s and have our end of year assembly. Congratulations to each and every one of Beech class - you will always be part of our Barrow family and the door is always open when you want to call in. Our outgoing Head Boy and Head Girl made heartfelt speeches, thanking Mrs McArdle for her amazing leadership and making Barrow such a happy place to be. Welcome to our new Head Boy -Oliver and Head Girl -Abigail. We know you will be amazing in these roles.
