Hello everyone👋
I just wanted to write a short post explaining who I am and why I have started up this page. I have been working with children since 2018 and in this time I have gained a level three and a foundation degree in education. I have worked in primary and secondary schools as a senior teaching assistant and I have also had a childcare and tutoring business in the past when I was based in Millom. I am now based in Barrow-In-Furness and I will cover all surrounding areas including Millom for childcare and tutoring.
Regarding tutoring I can offer online and in-person tutoring for Mathematics at SATs and GCSE level and English (Literacy) at SATs level. I work to the child’s speed and how they would like to learn the subject. Everyone learns things in a different way so I would always try different ways to work things out so the child understands. I also offer tutoring for adults doing Mathematics and English, please feel free to message me for more information.
I have a full DBS which is on the update service and I would happily show you this before working with your child. Please don’t hesitate to message me to ask any other questions.
