Last week, our Year 8 pupils took part in an inspiring Creative Careers Day, giving them the opportunity to explore a range of exciting careers in the creative industries.
A huge thank you to Signal Film & Media, Chloe Wagstaff, Atic Records, Full of Noises and Art Gene for delivering such engaging workshops and sharing their expertise with our pupils.
Throughout the day, pupils created short films, produced music, designed record labels, responded to environmental artwork and tackled a live creative brief. It was fantastic to see them embrace new challenges, think creatively and develop their confidence and curiosity.
Despite the soaring temperatures, our pupils showed incredible enthusiasm, resilience and focus throughout the day. We are so proud of how well they engaged with every activity and made the most of this fantastic opportunity.
Thank you again to everyone who helped make the day such a memorable and inspiring experience for our Year 8 pupils, especially to Mrs Strafford who organised the day.
