Our toddlers have been exploring a variety of mark-making tools as they practise their pencil grip and develop greater control over their movements. 🖍️🖊️✨

From making big sweeping movements to creating smaller, more controlled marks, the children were building their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration and hand strength— all important foundations for their future writing skills. 💪👐

They also had the freedom to experiment, make their own choices and discover the different marks and patterns they could create. 🌈📝 Most importantly, they were having fun expressing themselves and developing confidence in their early writing journey! 🥰

🌳🧢 A Little Adventure to the Village Park!🛝☀️

Our preschool children enjoyed a lovely walk to the village park, making the most of the sunshine and the opportunity to explore their local community! 🌿💛

Along the way, the children were developing their gross motor skills, balance and coordination as they climbed, balanced, swung and navigated the different equipment. 💪🤸‍♀️ They also had opportunities to build their confidence, independence and problem-solving skills, while taking turns and supporting one another as they played. 🥰

Getting out and about in the local community provides so many wonderful learning opportunities — and, of course, plenty of fun along the way! 🌳✨

🎨🌈 Colour Mixing Fun in the Toddler Room! 🌈🎨

Our toddlers have been getting creative with paints and exploring the wonderful world of colour mixing!🖌️✨ They experimented with different colours, watching with excitement as they combined them to create their very own glorious new shades. 💙💛❤️

This hands-on experience encouraged the children to develop their curiosity, creativity and concentration, while strengthening those all-important fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination as they carefully used their paintbrushes. 👐🎨

It was also a fantastic opportunity to introduce early scientific thinking as the children made predictions, explored cause and effect and discovered what happens when different colours come together! 🔬🌈

So many beautiful creations and lots of little discoveries along the way! 💕✨

Our babies enjoyed a lovely little circle time session filled with songs, actions and lots of smiles! 🥰 Singing together is a wonderful way to support early communication and language development, while encouraging babies to listen, respond to sounds and begin to join in with familiar songs. 🗣️🎶

Through actions and repetition, the children were also developing their attention, coordination, confidence and social skills, while enjoying a special opportunity to connect with their friends and practitioners. 🤍✨

Learning, bonding and having fun — all through the magic of music! 🎵🌈

Our team know how to have a laugh! From working together every day to creating plenty of fun memories along the way, we’re lucky to have such a brilliant bunch of ladies. 🥰🙌

🍕👩‍🍳 Pizza-making fun in Preschool! 👨‍🍳🍕

Our preschool children had lots of fun making their very own pizzas from scratch, while developing a whole range of important skills along the way! 🥣🍅🧀

From measuring and mixing ingredients to kneading, spreading and carefully choosing their toppings, the children were developing their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, independence and concentration. 👐✨ They also had opportunities to practise turn-taking, sharing and working together as they created their pizzas ready to enjoy as a group. ❤️

A lovely hands-on learning experience with a very tasty reward at the end! 😋🍕
