Advanced Skills Development U12 - U16 🏉🐝
We are of course huge on building strong foundations from an early age. As players progress through their rugby journey with us we stay with them in a unique capacity beyond U11.
Our advanced 1-to-1 coaching and small group sessions help U12–U16 players refine the technical, tactical and positional skills that make the biggest difference and can’t be accessed in larger group coaching.

🏉 Session 1: U12 small group kicking, 1v1s and decision making, working on kicking out of hands and adopting tactical game understanding.
🏉 Session 2: U14 1-to-1 positional skills development, focusing on role-specific decision making, body positioning and technical skill
🏉 Session 3: Four U11 players developing core handling, evasive footwork, passing under pressure and attacking decision making in a competitive environment.
🏉 Session 4: Two U14 players focusing on contact skills, breakdown efficiency, tackle technique and game-speed practice.
Every session is built around the individual or group’s needs, creating quality repetitions, appropriate challenge and game-realistic scenarios to accelerate development.
