Anita Griggs led a fantastic course for The KTA yesterday. We had a full day exploring the benefits of physical activity for the Older Adult. And we get to do it all again next week!

NEW COURSE COMING IN NOVEMBER

The much awaited Level 3 Older Adult is running on the 17th and 24th November.

Two full days of interactive learning designed to support your programming skills for this hugely important client segment.

Without a specific qualification Fitness Professionals should not deliver progressive programmes for specialist groups. As we all know, older adults can make up a huge percentage of our potential client base -- so why miss out!

Gain the knowledge you need to understand common conditions associated with ageing and specific screening tools to help you programme and deliver more safely.

Venue: Mill Lane Studios, Barnstaple

Dates: Saturday 17th and 24th November 9am - 5pm

Cost: £250 to include registration, certification, workbook, manual, all assessments plus ongoing support via a Closed Facebook Group.

Your tutors are highly qualified and experienced -- qualified to at least level 4 and have experience of working with older adults in a clinical/NHS setting.

This qualification will entitle instructors to gain the additional category ‘older adults’ on REPs.
