These courageous fertility warriors are taking steps to get their weight on track for fertility treatment.

Weight loss is a minefield at the best of times but adding the pressure of accessing fertility treatment can feel really heavy, overwhelming and unfair.

Here is a snapshot of what participants had to say about the workshop I ran for Fertility Network UK, focusing on Mindset & Weight Loss for Fertility because... what we think directly impacts our emotions and actions.

Hi, I'm Anna and I help women who are getting ready for fertility treatment or are currently "in the thick of it" to:
🌊stay sane whilst managing uncertainty and keeping hold of who you are.
✨feel more confident dealing with the challenges that others can bring.
🌺find ways to keep life rich and on track despite the sacrifices.

I've been hiding when it comes to socials and I've realised that doesn't help anyone!

So, I want to let you know I'm here and I'd love to connect in the hope that some of the my experiences on the fertility treatment journey and whilst working with others in this space can help you gear up for a calmer, clearer and more confident experience.
