If you are working as a freelance fitness instructor --- this is your winter PAR-Q collection reminder.

As new people join your classes this January, make sure they fill in a PAR-Q form prior to the start of the class. This is to ensure they are safe to take part in exercise and are within your scope of practice.

Collecting PAR-Q forms will likely be a condition of your insurance too, so make sure you have them just in case anything happens!

Now is also a great time to update PARQ forms for your current members in case any details have changed. Forms should ideally be updated every six-months.
