This year has been incredibly challenging, both personally and professionally.
There have been moments of uncertainty, setbacks, hard decisions and days where simply keeping everything moving felt like an achievement in itself. But I have to believe everything happens for a reason. Even the things we don’t understand in the moment, the disappointments, the changes and the challenges all have a purpose.
And through all of it, the little ones I care for have been a constant reminder of what really matters. Their pure innocence, their laughter, their little personalities and their tiny arms around my neck for squishy cuddles really has meant more to me than they will ever know.
They remind me to slow down, find joy in the little things and keep moving forward.
I used to think that being the grown up meant having all the answers. But these tiny humans keep reminding me that maybe the most important part of growing up is staying willing to learn…. ❤️
