This is a fantastic achievement and a big moment in their journey. They showed great bravery, listening skills, and effort on the mats.

Now it’s time for the next exciting step as our Double green stripe ninja tots move up into our Little Ninjas programme. Graduation will be next Saturday 😊

This is where the adventure continues, with new skills to learn, more challenges to overcome, and even more confidence to build.

We’re incredibly proud of them and can’t wait to see them thrive in their new class. 🌟💪

🥋🌟 NINJA TOTS GRADING TODAY AND THEY SMASHED IT! 🌟🥋

Our Ninja Tots were absolutely brilliant today. Let’s be honest, getting a group of 3 year olds to do anything for longer than 5 minutes is a challenge in itself… but this bunch showed just how much they’ve learned.

They focused, they listened, and they followed instructions so well. We were so proud watching them take their grading seriously while still having loads of fun.

Martial arts at this age builds life skills that make a real difference, like:
✨ Learning to focus and pay attention
✨ Listening and following directions
✨ Confidence and bravery in new situations
✨ Patience and taking turns
✨ Respect for others and for themselves
✨ Resilience when something feels tricky

These Ninja Tots are already showing skills and maturity beyond their years, and it’s amazing to see how quickly they’re growing in confidence and discipline.
